Description of Practice
Carolina Dispute Resolution (CDR) is committed to providing mediation in a comfortable and cost-effective setting that promotes finding a solution that everyone can live with.

Ms. Wade works with virtually all types of conflict, and she will work to help you resolve your dispute. She serves all of North Carolina and can accommodate you in time and location.

Elizabeth Wade is a licensed attorney who serves as a Magistrate Judge in Durham County. She has devoted her private practice to mediation because she sees mediation as a better alternative to litigation for many people. She received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, and a B.A. in philosophy and a B.S. in mathematics from the Univeristy of Oklahoma.

Ms. Wade has been mediating disputes since 2001.
- Superior Court Mediation certification training approved by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission (DRC).
- Family Financial Mediation certification training approved by the DRC.
