Description of Practice
Coridium Advisors provides mediation services in comfortable, professional and neutral settings that help participants focus on finding resolution to their issues. If you wish we will also conduct mediations a place of your choosing, e.g. company offices, attorney’s offices, etc. We work with many types of conflict, and will work to help you resolve your dispute. We serve all of North Carolina. Coridium’s Principal, Kevin Raum, has been coaching individuals and executives since 2007 and mediating disputes since 2013. Kevin Raum is an experienced business advisor, executive coach and consultant. In the 30 years of working with individuals, teams, executives, and organizations, he has honed his skills as a mediator and facilitator of agreements. He has seen the value of mediation as a means to helping participants shape the future of their relationships and create results that provide “best fit” solutions for participants. He earned Bachelor’s degrees in business and forestry from University of Maryland and University of Tennessee. He has also earned a Master’s degree in business from Johns Hopkins University.
