Description
Barbara Ashley Phillips has 20 years experience in the mediation of civil disputes, with emphasis on mediating with difficult people in sensitive and complex matters.. She is the author of The Mediation Field Guide and is a trainer and mentor. Previously, she practiced primarily civil trial law in Oregon and California. She is a graduate of Yale Law School and a former Assistant United States Attorney.
