Forever Young & Associates, LLC
If your business is involved in a dispute with another business and you are looking for a quicker, less expensive alternative to resolving the dispute, using people passionate about helping businesses succeed, that is why we left large corporations. The principals and associates of Forever Young & Associates, LLC want to assist your business with alternative forms of conflict resolution (mediation, arbitration, facilitation, training, & conflict management), organizational consulting, improve leadership, organizational learning, & executive coaching.

What we do . . .
We help business people resolve conflict in ways that strengthen their relationships with other businesses. I do this as a mediator and arbitrator, helping business people talk out their disagreements. I do this as a trainer, working with parties who want to communicate more effectively with their business associates. And I do this as an executive coach, teaching business people how their time invested in an existing business relationship is valuable to both companies. For instance, have you ever run into a difficult situation with an associate, partner, or competitor, or know someone who has?

How we do it . . .
Our dispute resolution philosophy focuses on the relationship the parties want to have in the future (what they can influence) rather than on the past (what they can't change). Recognizing that it is hard to ‘let go’ of the past, we help people say what they need to say in order to move beyond past hurts. Then we guide you to a positive future rather than remaining stuck in the parties’ previous difficulties.
