With 20+ years in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industries, Stu has developed an excellent reputation with his colleagues and many clients. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Mediator, Stu brings his natural abilities to the Mediation Forum and has proven his abilities to serve as a Mediator for an assortment of mediation issues. Stu takes the "Tug of War" out of the Mediation process as an impartial facilitator, with strong and effective abilites to frame and identify the substantive issues that need to be resolved.

Stu has been recognized by numerous professionals for his strong ideals of Integrity, Honesty and Committment to providing the best possible in Client Services. Stu is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Mediator with additional certification for Foreclosure Mediation as well. He also maintains his licensing as a Florida Real Estate Salesperson and Mortgage Broker. Stu is available for evening and weekend mediations, if scheduling during regular business hours is a difficulty for the parties. He also offers his mediation services pro bono to religious organizations for issues between members. This service is available as scheduling permits.
