Beth has been a professional mediator since 1996. Beth is active in the Boulder County Bar Association and the Boulder Interdisciplinary Committee. She is a Professional Mediator Member of the Colorado Council of Mediators and is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. THOMAS BACHE-WIIG
mediates workplace,
community organization, family, neighborhood, business to business, and
relationship conflicts. Tom has facilitated meetings for small and large
groups, with agendas ranging from public meetings on controversial topics to
decision-making meetings for boards and community groups. He has extensive
training in Marshall Rosenberg’s “Nonviolent Communication” and teaches
communication skills. These skills are especially helpful in
work/relationship mediations. Tom volunteers with Boulder County Victim
Offender Mediation Program and with City of Boulder Mediation Services
(CMS), where he serves on the Steering Committee. He is a member of ACR, a Professional Mediator member of CCMO, and a past
President of the Boulder Chapter. In his previous career as an independent
sales and marketing representative, Tom successfully negotiated and worked
with more than 400 businesses.
ARLENE BROWNELL, PH.D., mediates workplace, community organization, family, post-divorce, neighborhood, and relationship conflicts. She is skilled in the use of Nonviolent Communication to help negotiate effectively. In addition to her work as a private mediator and group facilitator, she has 15 years experience as an organizational consultant. Arlene volunteers with Boulder County Victim Offender Mediation Program and with City of Boulder Mediation Services. Previously, she was a research psychologist at UCLA, and a faculty member at Indiana State University. Arlene has an MA in Community and Clinical Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Social Ecology. She is a member of ACR, a Professional Mediator member of CCMO, and past Co-President of the CCMO Boulder Chapter. MICHAEL A. RUDERMAN, M.B.A., J.D., has been mediating contract, employment, family, real estate, commercial, landlord/tenant, personal injury and neighborhood disputes since 1995. He has over 25 years of hands on business management experience, primarily in the high tech and computer industries, and brings a pragmatic understanding of business issues to the task of resolving disputes. He received initial formal mediation training from CDR, and has degrees in engineering from Cornell University, business management from New York University, and law from the University of Colorado. In addition to his mediation practice, Michael maintains a general law practice dealing with small businesses, real estate, consumer protection, wills and trusts, and family law issues. He is a Professional Mediator member of Colorado Council of Mediators and is an active member of the ADR Section of the Colorado Bar Association. LYN WADE, M.A., specializes in conflict and communication training, meeting facilitation, organizational development, and teambuilding. She has worked with businesses, governmental agencies, and human service organizations since receiving her M.A. in Organizational Communication. She received mediation training from and has coached for CDR. She is also a trained arbiter. Lyn, a Myers-Briggs specialist, has done organizational research using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and specializes in the MBTI Teambuilding Program.
