Team Building and Facilitation

Neutral Fact Finding is useful when parties have a mutual interest in obtaining information, interviewing witnesses or obtaining documents. Unlike counsel, the fact finder has no interest in the outcome of the impasse and can therefore conduct an investigation for both sides.

Team Building is appropriate in organizations where conflict or disagreement is stifling productivity, in stores or departments suffering from peaks and valleys or high turnover, and anytime your team wants to set goals and have more satisfaction and reward in the workplace.
