About Us

After 10 years working as a paralegal, my mentor, Susan Wendall Whicher, told me I was a wonderful paralegal and would make an even better mediator.  Wendy paid for my mediation training at The Center For Dispute Resolution, now C.D.R. Associates, in 1984, and in 1989 I started my own practice.  Helping people talk about and work towards resolution of difficult situations has been both challenging and rewarding.  I am enthusiastic about the creative techniques and skills I have learned as an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) professional.

I am assuming that you have located my web page due to a need for a particular service that I can provide.  Often, when we are faced with difficult issues we anticipate that there will be one service-one way-to resolve the problem.  Within my website you will see that there may be multiple solutions or ways in which to proceed.  Please browse my services and feel free to contact me with any question.  I believe in providing the most efficient, appropriate service to support you in determining a solution.

My mediation and arbitration services have been helpful to clients in a variety of areas including divorce, post divorce, beginning/dissolving a partnership, real estate contractual disputes, neighborhood and homeowner association problems and probate and estate difficulties.  I design the process used in each case for the greatest client satisfaction and the highest potential for positive results.
